Selecting a Contractor
When selecting a contractor there are certain items that you should know. The biggest investment you make should be researched fully before you decide what contractor is right for you.
-How long has the contractor been in business?
-Verify that the MHIC# is current and in good standing.
-Obtain references and look at some of their work.
-Do they warranty or guaranty their work?
-Will they return to correct any problems (small companies may not)?
-How many employees do they have working for them?
